An air-conditioned bus with guide will pick you up for your tour to the North of Qatar. A one hour drive takes us to the North to Al Khor City to see the country boats being built by craftsmen. A good place for photographs! Next arrive at the Thakhira Mangrove swamp at Al Thakira and watch the Birds. We will then visit an old deserted Qatari village where the original homes were made of limestone and mud mortar. We will then drive to the extreme Northern tip of Qatar. En route we will stop at a Restaurant to get a lunch. We then drive to Al Zubara Fort and at the Excavations area our tour-guide will give you the history of the Fort and you can visit the exhibition where there are some artifacts found in the city. Last stop will be an abandoned village AL Jumail .We then leave back to Doha City.
